Gifts for the girls – vintage birdcages

Gifts for the girls – tailor made

Gifts for the girls – tea time

A range of prints I created when my vector days were kicking off. Each made great Christmas pressies when paired with a lovely cream picture mount.

Kelly's wellies

A little piece I did for my stepmum's Christmas present (2012)
She has three little'uns – my fab stepbrother Tom and two adorable half-sisters Ella and Lucy. These little booties represent the troublesome trio in their winter wellingtons!

Sketchbook revival

Some pages for my personal inspirational sketchbook

Back to the drawing board...

Within this project I have found myself taking to drawing once more- particularly my love of fashion illustration and sketching.

Embracing the collage

So whilst attempting to find inspiration for my current project, I sourced some lovely imagery which in turn led to a few collage experiments. If you look closely you will see that each collage's dominant image is an Annie Leibovitz creation. Generally looking into fashion photography lead me to her works and therefore inspired me to put Pritt Stick to paper.

I forgotten how great it was to escape the computer screen and camera lens (just for a few hours) and go about things by hand...

Swinging Sixties Sketching

Some fashion illustrations with items inspired by the 1960s. Focussing in particular on bright colour combinations and geometric patterns. Not entirely chuffed with them but it was fun rediscovering my free drawing/ painting style.
