A piece exploring Hidden emotions. The ribbons represents negative feelings of anger, constraint and tension and then develops into postive imagery, the ribbons releasing the individual and unravelling.
Film and photography response- love the look, feel the film could be more polished. Again went for that stop motion approach that does have a quicker outcome but not as slick. I do however love the jerky moments in relation to this narrative- emotions themselves are uncomfortable similar to the general aesthetic.
Audio track- Final Fantasy, The CN Tower Belongs to the Dead
Found the strings beautiful and ideal for my concept. Cut the track in half- excluding all lyrics and just including the jerky first section and rapid end sequence.
